At DESTii, we're proud to use Australia Post & DHL Express to deliver our products to you. Our strategic relationships with these shipping companies allow us to get your products to you in the quickest and safest way possible!
DESTii offers FREE Fast Delivery + tracking info for all domestic orders above $100 AUD. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 1 - 3 business days. Orders under $100 incur a standard shipping fee of $10 AUD.
Express Delivery is usually next-day delivery from time of purchase if you’re in a major metro area.
During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas etc.) please allow another 1-3 days in delays as Australia Post can become very busy during these periods. We still aim to have your parcel delivered within 4-7 days.
DESTii offers FREE Fast Delivery + tracking info for all our New Zealand customers on orders over $300 AUD. Orders under $300 AUD incur a flat rate shipping fee of only $20. Orders can take 2 - 7 business days to be delivered to New Zealand.
During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand.
If you're located outside of Australia & New Zealand, DESTii offers FREE Fast Delivery + tracking for all orders over $1000 AUD. Orders under $1000 AUD will be a flat rate fee of $40 AUD. Depending on where you're located in the world, orders can take up to 14 business days.
