A covered entity’s policy must explain how individuals can raise privacy complaints and how those complaints will be handled.
17. International customers
DESTii may introduce additional privacy notices or controls if it begins actively targeting customers in jurisdictions with additional privacy requirements, including the European Union, United Kingdom or certain United States jurisdictions.
Until then, this policy is primarily designed for DESTii’s current Australian operations and customers purchasing from Australia.
